1. Current Hosting Account Status ： Pending Account Change
主机空间在设置中，一般需要等1~24小时，最长要72小时。
出现这个问题多是因为某些原因导致空间更新，换服务器等，如果这个状态超过72小时，需要联系官方客服说

2.ssl 设置时由于某些原因没有收到确认或者没点确认邮件，可以发邮件联系官方重新发送确认邮件
I have updated the domain’s administrator’s email address , so please resend me the confirmation email of ssl certificate .

3.安装ssl证书出现不能选择选择“Shared Hosting or WebSite Tonight or Quick Shopping Cart”
联系客服说：I can‘t select the option ” Shared Hosting or WebSite Tonight or Quick Shopping Cart ” when install ssl certificate , please check it . Thank you .

4.访问某个页面出现500错误，如果不能通过使用web.config文件查看到详细错误信息。

联系GoDaddy客服检查说：
when I visit the url “http://www.xx.com/xx.htm” there is an 500 error . Please help me check it .

5.网站达不开
联系GoDaddy客服说

6.退款
删除或者误删除空间以及服务，要求GoDaddy客服退款，联系GoDaddy客服说
I am sorry but I had canceled my products , please give me a refund . Thanks
My user name is xxxxxxx, PIN is xxxx

7.添加域名时提示：Domain name is used. Please select a new domain name.
这是因为要添加的域名在GoDaddy主机上有解析记录，你需要删除原来的绑定48小时后再添加这个域名。
如果不记得或者不知道谁绑定过这个域名再或者原来的空间不能登录，可以联系客服说：
There’s an error “Domain name is used. Please select a new domain name.” when I add domain “xx.com ” to my hosting . I don’t know who added my domain . please check and resolve this problem . Thanks

8.找不到页面

这个提示说明访问了不存在的页面
多数这个情况是网站文件放到了错误的目录，可以参考GoDaddy 空间要把网站文件放到哪个目录

9.文件删不掉
联系GoDaddy客服帮你删除,英文可参考
I can’t delete files “/ttjs.flv” via FTP software client or use file manage in hosting control panel . Please help me delete them .
“/ttjs.flv”替换为文件所在目录

10.点击file manager 文件管理提示”You are not authorized to access this page.”
建议你换一个不同内核的浏览器再操作下试试,若还不行 联系GoDaddy官方说:
There is an error “Page Unavailable You are not authorized to access this page. ” When click the “file manager ” in my account . please check it , i’ve met several times .

11.独立ip已买,添加域名时仍让我买怎么办
联系说when add a dedicated ip to my hosting account “xxx.com” , it show me to buy dedicated ip , in fact I’ve bought it .
